IQ Retail, Sage 200 Evolution and SYSPRO each need a licence from their vendor and a setup we do with you, so they are priced per branch with a one-time setup for each. Everything else works the moment you connect it.

Each needs a licence from its vendor and a setup we do with you - your IT or your vendor, with us. The licence is included in what you pay us; you never get a separate bill from them. Per branch per month: one branch R1,200; two to four R1,050 each; five to nine R900 each; ten to nineteen R750 each. Twenty or more and we will quote it with you. Plus R2,500 once per system to set it up.

What does it connect to?
Your accounting, your stock, your payments, your online shop, your email and your CRM - whatever you already run. The full list is above, by name. If yours is not on it, tell us - that is how we decide what to build next.
Can it change anything in my systems?
No. Tennsa OS reads and never writes. That is enforced in our own code - a guard fails the build if a connector so much as reaches for a write endpoint - and again by the permissions on the account you give us, which should be read-only on your side too.
For IQ Retail we go further and prove it during setup: we try a write endpoint on purpose and refuse to connect if it is accepted.
Where is my data kept, and who can see it?
Your database and files are kept on Google Cloud in Johannesburg. The AI that writes your briefing and answers your questions, and the search that finds the right messages and documents, run on Google infrastructure outside South Africa, and backups of the database are held in Europe. The privacy policy names each one.
None of it is ever sold, and it is never used to train a model - ours or anyone else's.
You can delete everything at any time from your account, and it goes: the connections, what we read, and the record of it.
What happens when the trial ends?
You keep what you set up - the seats, the connections, all of it. We only charge you if you decide to carry on, and there is no card on file until you do.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, with no notice period and no lock-in. Once you are paying, cancel from the plan section of your account page, and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
A trial needs no cancelling - it simply ends, and there is no card on file until you choose to pay. Questions about it go to info@tennsa.com.
How do the ERP connectors work?
You tell us which system and how many branches. We set it up with you and whoever looks after it - your own IT person, or your vendor.
The vendor licence is included in what you pay us. You will never get a separate bill from them for it.
Do I need IT to set this up?
For the cloud systems, no - you sign in and it connects, usually in a couple of minutes each.
For the ERP systems we do the setup with whoever looks after yours. You do not have to project-manage it.
What is an Investigate question?
It is the consultant. Ask it anything about the business - why a supplier's total moved, which customers are paying slowest, what changed since last month - and it answers from your own records rather than from the internet.
The plan includes 500 questions a month, and the Investigate page shows how many are left. If you run out, ask us for more from that page and we will reply.
Can I use it from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Connect Tennsa OS to the assistant you already use and it knows your business - ask it there and the answer comes from your own systems. Gemini Enterprise works the same way.
How is the price worked out?
One plan, one seat, and you add seats or ERP connections if you need them. Every number is on this page. There is nothing else.
Once you have started, you add or remove seats yourself on the Team tab of your account, which shows the new price before you confirm. A seat you add is yours as soon as you confirm it. On a monthly plan the new price applies from your next payment, and seats added since your last payment can be removed once that payment has gone through. During a free trial nothing is charged until you subscribe.
On an annual plan, on Enterprise, and in a few other cases - a payment that did not go through, or a plan we arranged with you - seat changes are made with us: email info@tennsa.com and we will make the change with you. The Team tab says so when that applies to your plan.
