Questions, answered
What counts as a "connected source"?
A source is a system, not an entity inside that system. Connecting Xero counts as one source even if the same Xero account holds five companies. Connecting IQ Retail counts as one source even if it covers ten stores. Connecting Microsoft 365 counts as one source regardless of how many mailboxes Tennsa OS reads.
Caps by plan: Starter up to 2 sources, Standard up to 5, Enterprise unlimited.
How does billing work?
Monthly billing in ZAR via Paystack. The card you authorise on first sign-up auto-renews every month on the same date.
Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate against the current cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — no refund of unused days, no penalty.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No penalty, no minimum term. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Is there a free trial or pilot?
No default trial. Tennsa OS is anchored on grounded output across your real data — a sandbox with seeded numbers wouldn't show you anything useful.

Data and privacy
Tennsa is a South African company. Customer data is hosted in africa-south1 (Johannesburg). The platform is POPIA-aware, all source connections are read-only by design (we don't write back into your systems), and your data is never used to train AI models — yours or anyone else's.
