How do seats work?
Tennsa OS is priced per seat. The R1,800/month base includes 3 seats - that's you (the owner) plus two colleagues. Every seat beyond the first three is +R400/month.
Seats are people, not stores or sources. A ten-store chain on three seats still pays the R1,800 base. You can invite and remove team members at any time from your account.
Is everything included, or are there add-ons?
Everything is included. One Tennsa OS subscription gives you the full product - every connector (Xero, QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, IQ Retail), the daily briefing, anomaly detection, and investigation - with no per-feature upsells.
Enterprise adds organisation-grade wrapping - SSO, SOC 2, priority support, custom integrations, and multi-entity - on top of the same core product. Talk to us if you need it.
How does billing work?
Your 14-day trial needs no credit card. When you're ready to keep going, monthly billing is in ZAR via Paystack, auto-renewing every month on the same date.
Adding a seat takes effect immediately; removing one takes effect at the end of your current billing period - no penalty.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No penalty, no minimum term. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Is there a free trial?
Yes - 14 days free, no credit card required. You sign up and go straight into the full product with up to 3 seats. Connect your real systems and see grounded output from day one.

Data and privacy
Tennsa is a South African company. Customer data is hosted in africa-south1 (Johannesburg). The platform is POPIA-aware, all source connections are read-only by design (we don't write back into your systems), and your data is never used to train AI models - yours or anyone else's.
