The AI for manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers.
Your own AI that already knows everything about your business. Tennsa OS connects what runs it - stock, accounting, payments, email - and reads it continuously. It comes to you with what needs attention, answers anything you ask, and never needs you to upload a thing. Use it here, or from Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
14 days free, no card. Read-only.
Tennsa OS connects to IQ Retail, Sage 200 Evolution and SYSPRO (on-premise or SYSPRO Cloud) on the server in the back office, and to Xero, QuickBooks, Shopify and the rest in the cloud. It reads them as one business and changes nothing in them.
Cloud systems: sign in, and Tennsa OS starts reading in minutes. The software on the server in the back office, IQ Retail, Sage 200 Evolution or SYSPRO: Tennsa sets the connection up for you with your reseller, read-only, through the vendor's own interface.
Invoices against stock. Emails against suppliers. Payments against the books. Tennsa OS reads across all of it, continuously, and finds what only makes sense together.
As something changes, you hear about it, with the records behind it. Ask a question in plain language and the answer comes from your own history.

Every system holds one piece of the picture. Tennsa OS reads them together and shows you what none of them could tell you on its own. The stockout, the late payer, the supplier who quietly changed terms: it finds them while there is still time.
Your accounting system knows what you owed. Your stock system knows what you held. Neither knows what the other knew in August. Tennsa OS does. Tennsa OS keeps what it reads. Ask what your stock was at the end of August, which customers paid late three months running, or how a supplier's terms have moved this year, and it answers from the record.
A group with twelve stores on twelve servers reads as one business. Compare branches, see stock across them, and give each person their own sign-in and their own view.
Tennsa OS measures how each customer actually pays and projects what arrives in 30, 60 and 90 days from that, with the invoices behind each figure.
A professional report over a period you choose, across sales, cash, suppliers and customers, ready for the manager or the board. Every figure in it is computed from your records.

Atlas Steel payable 118 days overdue - R48,500
Invoice ATS-2214 to Atlas Steel is 118 days overdue with R48,500 outstanding (due 2026-07-04).
Next: Pay the outstanding invoice with Atlas Steel or contact them directly to renegotiate terms - overdue payables erode supplier goodwill quickly.
Tennsa OS runs in your browser and in your inbox. Connect it to Claude or ChatGPT, or through the Gemini Enterprise setup, and the AI you already talk to knows your business too. Each person on your team gets their own access. The figures it gives you are computed by Tennsa OS from your records; the assistant explains them.
Manufacturing, wholesale, distribution and retail.
Manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and retailers run on more moving parts than most. Stock in a warehouse and on a shelf. Customers who buy on account. Suppliers who deliver on terms. Branches that each do it a little differently. And the systems that record all of it were never designed to agree with each other.
That is the operation Tennsa OS was built for. We connect the systems this industry runs: the cloud tools, and the software installed on a server in the back office, including IQ Retail, Sage 200 Evolution and SYSPRO. We know how a stocktake goes wrong, when a supplier has shortened their payment terms, and what a supplier's email means against an unpaid invoice. We are on the ground, and the product shows it.
From a single site to a national group.
R2,750 a month for the business, with every person on their own sign-in. Systems on the server in the back office are priced per branch. 14-day free trial, no card.
No. Tennsa OS reads your ERP and remembers all of it, and it reads your other systems beside it, so it can tell you what the ERP alone cannot: the supplier who shortened terms against the invoice that shows it, the stock line against the order that will clear it.
You can. Here is what you would still be missing.
A memory. An assistant forgets each conversation. Tennsa OS keeps everything it reads from every system, month after month, year on year, so your business has one complete record of itself. It is yours, and you can ask it anything from the assistant you already use.
Reach. An assistant cannot get to the software on the server in the back office. Tennsa OS connects to it.
Figures you can trust. An assistant can get a total wrong. Every figure Tennsa OS gives you is calculated from your records; the assistant only puts it into words.
Someone watching. An assistant speaks when you ask. Tennsa OS reads your systems every day and comes to you, in Tennsa OS or by email, when there is something you need to know.
Connect Tennsa OS to the assistant you already use and it gets all four.
No. Tennsa OS only reads, enforced in our code and by the permissions you grant.
Your database and files are hosted in Johannesburg. Backups, search and the AI models run in Google regions elsewhere, as our privacy policy sets out. Disconnect a system and we delete what we hold from it.
A short call, your reseller enables the vendor's interface, and Tennsa OS reads from it, read-only. Tennsa arranges any vendor connector licence through your reseller and it is included in what you pay us; you never get a separate bill.
Tennsa OS sits across the systems a business already uses and reads them as one picture. It keeps reading while you work, so a problem reaches you while it is still small, and the question you have at the end of the day gets an answer from your own records. It is built for busy people, and designed around the one thing that cannot be replaced: you.
Connect once. Tennsa OS does the rest.
